The orderable range is Iceberg Lettuce, Lollo Verde, Romaine Lettuce and Oak Lettuce. Other vegetables are grown only in limited quantities and are not available for regular orders.

These lettuce lines are grown in Viverda's fully sealed indoor hydroponic facility and delivered in chilled vans 365 days a year, subject to weekly production planning.
