Production & capacity
Sealed indoor production, every week of the year.
Sowing is staggered so that a planned volume reaches harvest each week of the year. Buyers can contract standing volumes in the knowledge that supply holds through the low season, without substitution, shortfall or seasonal price movement.

01
Year-round availability
Production is fully enclosed and independent of external conditions. Rainfall, heat peaks and harmattan dust do not reach the crop, so volume and grade hold through the year rather than varying with the weather.
02
Continuity of supply
Staggered sowing protects contracted volumes by keeping different crop stages in production at the same time. Standing volumes are planned against current capacity before commitments are accepted.
03
Buyer documentation
Facility scale, current weekly output and planned capacity can be confirmed with consumers and traders during onboarding, using figures drawn from production and packing records.
